The Gretsch Euro Renown Maple shell kit produces a warm great Gretsch sound with an added contemporary punch. The Renown Maple features USA Rock Maple shells, 30-degree bearing edges, die-cast hoops, GTS suspension systems and Silver Sealer interior finishes.
The 5 piece Euro Kit, RN-E825, features a 22 inch bass drum with matching 10-ply maple wood hoops, die-cast claw hooks and heavy-duty telescopic spurs. The Renown toms and bass drums have 30-degree bearing edges along with the Gretsch Silver Sealer inside all drums. The GTS suspension system is standard on all mounted toms to ad projection, tone and resonance. Die-cast top and bottom hoops increase tuning stability and project focused tom tone with increased sustain. The snare drum is a 10-ply with 45-degree bearing edges and a coated Evans G1 batter head for increased snare attack. All included drums come outfitted with Evans drum heads and painted UV gloss finishes.

(GRNM024VGBS) in a contemporary Vintage Glass Black Stripe finish. This drum set is a special edition Renown shell pack and will be offered with very limited availability. Featuring an extended sized 22 x 20 bass drum,
12 x 9" mounted tom, 16x16 floor tom and 14 x 6.5" snare drum, this kit is designed to inspire the best performances
by the serious contemporary drummer. Renown series drums feature Gretsch-formula 6-ply USA Rock Maple shells, which are modeled after the company's legendary USA Custom shells. They include 30-degree bearing edges, die-cast hoops and Silver Sealer shell interiors. The result is That Great Gretsch Sound producing excellent attack, punch and volume.
The glass glitter finish creates a dazzling visual effect by infusing tiny bits of actual glass into the wrap.
