The BC Rich Mockingbird Special Models - These Mockingbird Special neck through guitars are scaled to 24 ¾” with a chunkier neck for that “Special” feel. With a deeply arched top, solid ½” maple caps, 5 ply binding and cloud inlays the Special has a classic appearance. Other features include a strategically positioned three way toggle switch, two volume and two tone controls, stop tailpiece and a Tune-o-Matic style bridge. BC Rich Mockingbird ST-Q Guitars

The Mockingbird STQ is a not tremolo version,its most popular ST model in the Mockingbird family. The heart of the New 2012 STQ is its Original Quad Bridge and a pair of Duncan Designed HB-103 pickups. These high output pickups are controlled with a selection of knobs and switches that include a 5 position varitone filter knob, two coil tap switches and a reverse phase switch. The neck-through construction also assures great tone and full fingerboard access. Other goodies include an ebony fingerboard, diamond inlays and Grover tuners. Both the Transparent Red, Transparent Purple and Black Burl options perfectly highlight this model's quilt maple top.
